Teachers no longer have to spend as much time traveling across offices because of advancements in educational technology. Cybercrime has also increased as a result. This is due to some teachers, especially those over the age of 46, having inadequate computer skills. Some teachers complain about applying for loans, having money taken from their bank accounts, and other heinous acts committed by unidentified people. They forget that when they visit cyber for online services, they divulge passwords, ID numbers, phone numbers, and even TSC numbers. It makes it easier for online fraudsters to gain access to your accounts and commit fraud.
STOP CYBERCRIME |
This can be mitigated by educating them on how to do any online service by themselves. Additionally, cyber charges are not customer friendly mostly in big towns; meaning one can save money by downloading and filling out forms online. Visit a cyber cafe when you want to do photocopies or printing. Online services should be done using a smartphone or desktop computer or laptop individually.
