The 7 subjects are graded from A to E added on the basis of a 1 to 12 rating scale to give MEAN GRADE where

The mean grade ranges from 7 points to 86 points since some scores like 99% can't be given 12 points as 80 %. The examiners consider the extremes.
The marks are awarded in percentage then the examiners discuss the grading system to use per student performance and subject. The subjects are not graded the same, for instance, 60% in mathematics is 12 points while 90% in CRE is 12 points. The grading system keeps on changing every year.
